OUR CLINICAL STAFF
Clinical Staff Assignments

We limit our clinical staff assignments to a core interdisciplinary group to maintain consistency for our patients and executive team. In other words, the same group of nurses and therapists work together in defined and consistent teams and are assigned specific geographic  service areas, “Zones.”

Our clinicians live throughout our geographic service area not only in Franklin ensuring we have adequate staffing and are able to see patients in outlier, rual areas.

Excellence in Clinical Supervision

Given the fact that our management team are clinicians first, we are proactive in establishing new clinical programs. In addition, we strive to have highly certified clinicians and we are committed to offer our clinicians incentives to advance certification such as wound ostomy nurse, behavioral health nurse, and certified infusion nurse. Furthermore, all of our clinicians have 24/7 access to online CEU’s for their licensure as well as advancing knowledge in their field.

We believe that the “real time” communication among disciplines assists with better patient care and patient satisfaction. In addition to communicating via our Electronic Medical Record system and interagency email program, we have weekly staff meetings, one that focuses on patient outcomes and education, and the other on OASIS education.
